Ingredients
Spiced onions / Indian onion salad
1large onion
1tspchilli powder
2tspmint sauce
2tbsp.mango chutney
5tbsp.tomato ketchup
Pinchof salt & pepper
Mint Yogurt
3tbsp.natural yogurt
1tbsp.mayonnaise
2tspmint sauce
1/4tspfinely chopped coriander
Cucumber Raita Dip
1/2cucumber
1/2tspsalt
Juice of 1/2 a lime
3tbsp.natural yogurt
1tbsp.mint sauce
Instructions
Spiced Onions / Indian onion salad
Chop onions and combine all the ingredients
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
Mint Yogurt
Combine all the ingredients and serve
Cucumber Raita Dip
Grate cucumber and place in a bowl along with the salt (this will draw out the water from the cucumber)
After 5 minutes squeeze the excess water from the cucumber and combine with the rest of the ingredients and serve
