Green Super Smoothie - DRINK EVERYDAY

  • Blender


  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 stalk celery
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • 2 inch ginger (peeled and roughly chopped)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup water (more may be required for desired consistency)


  • Peel the avocado and roughly chop any larger ingredients
  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  • Add some extra water if required to reach desired consistency
  • Enjoy! And, feel free to add some extra lemon juice or lime if you like some extra sour flavor
