Tequila Mexican Orange Salad – Mexican Recipe

This fruity little Mexican Orange Salad number will definitely get the juices flowing.  Tangy sweet orange with the zing of Lime and the incredible hum of tequila throughout.  If you are not a Tequila fan, just stick with the Orange Liqueur, it’s equally delicious!

I removed the sugar and used some honey for the health benefits, maybe the alcohol will cancel them out right enough…well everyone needs a treat right?

Anyway, back to this orange delight.  It is a perfect light dessert after a heavy meal or even better in the summer as a boozy BBQ accompaniment.  I hope you enjoy it!
