Indian Smoothie Bowl - The perfect breakfast full of color nutrients and the fats your body needs as a snack or breakfast
- 1 mango peeled sliced and de-stoned
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- 1 tbsp. Baobab Powder
- 1 tbsp. natural yogurt
- 50 ml. almond milk
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- ¼ cup of oats
- 1 tbsp. Desiccated Coconut
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Small grating of nutmeg
- In blender, place mango (keep a few slices back for the topping), coconut oil, baobab powder, natural yogurt, almond milk, zest and juice of lime, oats and half tbsp. desiccated coconut. Cover and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a serving bowl and decorate with the remaining desiccated coconut, chia seeds and lime slices. Grate over nutmeg according to taste.
