This Hot Sauce Scrambled Eggs Recipe is easy even for the most novice of cooks.  The perfect student meal or impress your new spice loving partner with breakfast in bed.

If you are watching the scales this is a great dish to prepare.  The Egg will keep you fuller for longer and the chilli gives the metabolism a boost so your body will burn calories faster.  It also tastes totally awesome!

If you love eggs but fancy livening them up every now and again, this hot sauce scrambled eggs recipe is the one for you.

  • 2 tbsp Hot Sauce (I recommend Franks Buffalo Sauce)
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Powder
  1. Crack the eggs into a microwavable bowl

  2. Add 1 tbsp hot sauce, the salt and cayenne pepper

  3. Whist the eggs with a fork for a minute

  4. Cook in the microwave for 3 minutes stopping and whisking every minute until ready

  5. Stir in the remaining sauce and enjoy your delicious hot sauce scrambled eggs recipe

  6. Serve with some buttery toast and feel free to add some sliced chilli if you really like it hot
