  • 4 Figs
  • 16 slices prosciutto, saranno, or parma ham
  1. Preheat the oven to 230C

  2. Cut the figs into quarters

  3. Wrap a slice of ham around each fig section and place on a baking tray

  4. Cook in the centre of the hot oven for 8 minutes

  5. Allow to cool for 2 minutes then serve
