BBQ ribs recipe oven – Sticky BBQ Ribs
Who can resist the sticky, deliciousness of bbq ribs? Not me!
So, for all those people who have no backyard or, who just ain’t bbq people, this is the recipe for you. The addition of liquid smoke gives you that bbq taste with no need to be lighting up the charcoals.

Who can resist the sticky, deliciousness of bbq ribs? Not me! So, for all those people who have no backyard or, who just ain't bbq people, this is the recipe for you. BBQ ribs recipe oven - Sticky BBQ Ribs
- BBQ Sauce Ingredients:
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tsp strong yellow mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 drop liquid smoke
- Large rack of ribs
- salt and pepper
Pre-heat the oven to 150c/300F
Take your ribs and rub some salt and pepper over the outside
Place them on a baking tray and cover with foil and place in the oven for 3 hours
In the meantime, place all of the bbq sauce ingredients in a saucepan over a medium heat for 12-15 minutes and the sauce will be ready (you will only need around 1/4 of the sauce for the ribs but I would advise using the rest for my delicious pulled pork recipe)
After the ribs have cooked, turn the oven up to 200C/ 390F brush over some bbq sauce and repeat every 10 minutes
After 30 minutes your ribs are done
