Banana Coconut Spiced Smoothie Tropical Sun

When you taste this Banana Coconut Spiced Smoothie you be addicted.  Super healthy and it literally takes a couple minutes to make.

Take a trip to the Caribbean every morning.  This is the quickest breakfast possible!  It packs a punch of energy as well as containing super health fats which can actually help you lose weight… yay!

Banana Coconut Spiced Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 500 ml water
  • 1 banana (large)
  • 1 sachet Tropical Sun Creamed Coconut
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Instructions

  • Place the water, banana and Tropical Sun Creamed Coconut into a blender (DO NOT ADD ICE)
  • When smooth, pour into glasses over ice
  • Sprinkle over the nutmeg and cinnamon and enjoy

Notes

Please always make sure you use room temperature ingredients and DO NOT add the ice to the blender as this will stop the coconut from becoming smooth and creamy.
