- Pre-heat grill to 100%
- Chop the Pepper and onion into chunks and lay on a baking tray and place under the grill for 10 minutes – turn the vegetables over twice during grilling so they don’t burn
- Remove vegetables from grill and place in a food processor or blender
- Add all of the other ingredients in together with the charred vegetables
- Pulse until smooth
