Ingredients

  • ? LETTUCE HEAD
  • 3 SMALL CUCUMBERS
  • 1 POUCH OF SPICY TACO MIX
  • 150 G OF SPICY CHILLY DORITOS
  • 1/2 POUND OF GROUND BEEF
  • 2 GARLIC GLOVES
  • 2 TSP OF PEPPER FLAKES
  • 1 JALAPENO PEPPERS
  • 1 CUP OF STRONG SHREDDED CHEESE
  • 1 TSP OF WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • 1 TOMATO CHOPPED
  • 1 CUP OF CRISP BACON

Instructions

  • TURN THE STOVETOP ON MEDIUM HEAT AND ADD THE GROUND BEEF TO A CASSEROLE. MIX CAREFULLY WITH THE TACO SEASONING MIX OF YOUR CHOICE.
  • MIX THE GARLIC CLOVES, THE PEPPERS FLAKES AND THE JALAPENO PEPPERS TOGETHER TO SPRINKLE OVER YOUR MEAT MIXTURE.
  • WHILE YOUR MEAT IS COOKING, PLACE THE BACON IN ANOTHER FRYING PAN AND COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT. COOK APPROXIMATELY 10 TO 12 MINUTES.
  • COMBINE THE GROUND BEEF WITH THE BACON AND LET IT COOL OFF AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
  • IN A SEPARATE BOWL, ADD THE SHREDDED LETTUCE AND COMBINE WITH TOMATOES, CUCUMBERS, AND SHREDDED CHEESE. MIX SLOWLY AND ADD THE DORITOS.
  • ONCE THE GROUND BEEF AND BACON IS COOLED, INCORPORATE IT TO YOUR SALAD MIX AND DRIZZLE WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND THE RANCH OF YOUR CHOICE.
