Banana Coconut Spiced Smoothie
Ingredients
- 500 ml water
- 1 banana (large)
- 1 sachet Tropical Sun Creamed Coconut
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Instructions
- Place the water, banana and Tropical Sun Creamed Coconut into a blender (DO NOT ADD ICE)
- When smooth, pour into glasses over ice
- Sprinkle over the nutmeg and cinnamon and enjoy
